Determining Home Values
Many of my clients have had several questions and comments about the current market in Pittsburgh. Over the past few months, the inventory available in our city and suburbs has been rather low. Basically, there are not a lot of homes on the market, but a good amount of buyers that are looking.
With this type of market condition, sellers are seeing close to, if not full price offers on their homes shortly after being listed on the market. Now, of course, this depends on the area and list price being within reason of the full market value of the home and not too high over market value.
